SIWES mandatory for NYSC mobilisation, HND admission — FedPoly Bauchi rector

The Rector of Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, Alhaji Sani Usman, stated that participation in the Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) is mandatory for ND I students to be mobilized for the NYSC and for admission into the HND program. During the SIWES orientation, he emphasized that students must provide proof of participation before proceeding to the NYSC. He urged students to maintain good conduct during their industrial attachment, highlighting punctuality, respect, and obedience as key to future opportunities.
