Strategic Communications Director Phrank Shaibu said INEC was notified on November 6 and urged it to take no action concerning the party’s leadership while the legal challenge is pending. Shaibu urged members and supporters to remain confident, saying the ADC would continue campaigning and pursue all lawful avenues to defend its rights.
