SN-HLM: Samba Ndiaye finally takes office as Chairman of the Board

Samba Ndiaye has officially assumed his role as Chairman of the Board of the National Society of Moderate Rent Housing (SN-HLM), after being appointed in October 2024 by President Bassirou Diomaye Faye. His taking office ends a nearly two-year wait, during which his installation was delayed due to the lack of a necessary decree. This appointment comes at a time when housing and the revival of real estate programs are priorities for the Senegalese government.
