SOTACI Digitizes Its Supply Chain: 48 Drivers Equipped to Complete Deliveries with a Simple Scan

In Yopougon, SOTACI has equipped its 48 drivers with smartphones using Orange SIM cards and 5 GB of monthly data to digitize deliveries. On arrival, a driver scans the QR code on the delivery slip, confirms the delivery and photographs the signed document, while the route is tracked in real time. The system covers Yopougon, Akwaba, Bingerville, Bouaké and San Pedro; five drivers tested the app before its rollout. The phones are restricted to professional use, while WhatsApp remains available for communication with dispatch managers.
