Finance Minister Doudou Fwamba Likunde announced the end of the moratorium on the obligation to use standardized invoices, effective April 1, 2026. All companies must now exclusively issue standardized invoices, under penalty of sanctions. This reform aims to enhance transparency and traceability of tax operations, with the number of engaged taxpayers increasing from 4,925 to 6,968 in three months.
