Starlink Senegal: Supreme Court Upholds Suspension of Operating Licence

Senegal’s Supreme Court rejected the state’s request to challenge the suspension of Starlink Senegal’s operating licence. The case began after telecom operator Sonatel appealed to the court when the minister responsible for telecommunications rejected its administrative appeal. The licence remains suspended as the dispute over Starlink’s operating conditions in Senegal continues.
