Strikes in Russia: Elon Musk Says Zelensky Went Too Far

Elon Musk criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on X, stating that Zelensky went too far with strikes in Russia, including targeting refineries. This came after a White House video where Donald Trump warned Kiev not to target diesel, claiming Zelensky aimed at it. Musk, who initially supported Ukraine by activating Starlink in 2022, has become more critical since 2025, accusing Zelensky of wanting an endless war and disrespecting Musk. RT reports Zelensky also asked Trump to intervene with Musk to allow deep drone strikes in Russia.
