Subscriptions gone, eating out cut, but South Africans still can’t cope

Almost four in ten South Africans expect to miss a bill or loan repayment. According to TransUnion's study, 79% of respondents view inflation as a major financial concern, and only 37% believe their income is keeping pace with rising prices. In response, over half of consumers have cut discretionary spending, while 28% have canceled subscriptions or memberships.
