Super Falcons: Eguavoen calls up 28 players for Comoros Olympic qualifier

Interim Super Falcons coach Augustine Eguavoen has selected 28 players for the 2028 Olympic qualifiers against Comoros. Captain Rasheedat Ajibade leads the squad alongside regulars like Chiamaka Nnadozie, Asisat Oshoala, Oluwatosin Demehin, Jennifer Echegini, and Michelle Alozie. Defender Ashleigh Plumptre returns after injury, and young players such as Christiana Uzoma and Farida Abdulwahab are included. Players are to report at the AM2PM Hotel in Ijebu-Ode on October 3, with matches scheduled at Remo Stars Sports Stadium on October 9 and 13.
