Sylvia Bongo demands accountability for seized assets in Gabon

Sylvia Bongo, former First Lady of Gabon, demands accountability for 344 vehicles and 7.2 billion FCFA seized during Operation Dignity, two years after searches conducted following the August 30, 2023 coup d'État. She disputes the destination of these assets, including a check handed over by General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema to Prime Minister Raymond Ndong Sima. The event was filmed and broadcast, but the whereabouts of the seized items remain unknown.
