Syria says it foiled Hezbollah plot to target Homs oil refinery

Syrian security forces say they foiled a plot to attack the Homs oil refinery and arrested two people identified as members of a cell affiliated with Hezbollah. Syrian authorities also reported arresting two suspected ISIL members in Deir Az Zor province, who are accused of a series of assassinations, including the killing of Ibrahim al-Jassem.
