Tafelsig families count the cost after storm damages about 50 structures

About 50 structures were affected by high-velocity winds, hail, and lightning in Tafelsig. Nazley Smith, 47, described how the roof of her carport was ripped off and expressed security concerns following the damage. Another resident, Shahiem Sampson, also experienced damage but noted that no one was hurt. Residents sprang into action to help their neighbors salvage what they could.
