Tambacounda: A Mauritanian and Two Alleged Accomplices Charged with Civil Status Fraud

In Tambacounda, a Mauritanian national and two alleged accomplices have been charged with civil status fraud after a fraudulently obtained national identity card was discovered. The investigation revealed that the suspect, who identified himself as Mactar Dicko, received assistance in obtaining the document in exchange for money. Investigations also established that his real name is Al Khoutab Sidy Mohamed Mback Dicko, and he admitted to being exclusively a foreign national.
