Tanzania Parliament unanimously approves Ndejembi as vice-president

Tanzania's Parliament unanimously endorsed Deogratius Ndejembi as the new vice-president following the abrupt resignation of Dr Emmanuel Nchimbi. All 324 lawmakers present voted in favor of his nomination. Ndejembi, the former Minister of Energy, was nominated by President Samia Suluhu Hassan and pledged to serve all Tanzanians with loyalty and integrity.
