Tanzania's First Gentleman Hafidh Ameir Laid to Rest At Burial Attended By Joho, Sudi

Hafidh Ameir Hassan, husband of President Samia Suluhu Hassan, passed away in Zanzibar and was buried in Kizimkazi. The funeral was attended by numerous political and religious leaders, including Zanzibar President Hussein Ali Mwinyi and former President Jakaya Kikwete. Hafidh, born on January 1, 1946, was a teacher and left behind two widows, four children, and 15 grandchildren.
