Taraba council warns against social media posts capable of escalating crisis

The leadership of Sardauna Local Government Council in Taraba State warned individuals and groups against circulating unverified information that could escalate the recent breach of peace in Mbara Village. Chairman Mohammed Jirji Umar expressed concern over the spread of falsehoods and hate speech. He assured that the situation was under control and efforts were ongoing to restore peace in the area.
