Tension in Court: Mamadou Lamine Konté Threatens Judge, on Trial for Insulting His Mother

Mamadou Lamine Konté, 36, was tried for threatening to kill his mother, M. Keïta, 56. After being acquitted and committed to a psychiatric hospital, he insulted the judge and resisted guards. The court ordered his psychiatric internment, with the prefect of Diourbel responsible for ensuring the measure is applied.
