TER: The Dakar-AIBD connection officially launched, here are the fares

Since September 28, 2026, the Regional Express Train (TER) officially serves Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD) in Diass, providing a quick alternative to reach the airport in about 55 minutes. This extension avoids traffic issues and complements the toll highway. The ticket costs 4,000 FCFA in second class and 7,500 FCFA in first class. The project enhances connectivity between Dakar, Diamniadio, and the airport, boosting regional mobility and economic competitiveness.
