Terminal Bois of Douala: Former Shareholders Diluted to 57.2% After Camalco Entry

Former shareholders of Terminal Bois du Port de Douala (TBPD) now hold only 57.2% of the capital, down from 100%, following a capital increase of 347.447 million FCFA allocated entirely to Camalco Cameroun, a subsidiary of Canyon Resources. The capital increased from 464 million to 811.447 million FCFA with the issuance of 347,447 new shares. Camalco's investment matches the nominal value of the new shares, acquiring a 42.82% stake in the company.
