A Thai court sentenced two men to death on Thursday for the 2015 bombing at the Erawan shrine in Bangkok that killed 20 people and injured over 120. The defendants, Yusufu Mieraili and Bilal Mohammed, ethnic Uighur Chinese nationals, were convicted of premeditated murder and attempted murder. They have denied the charges and plan to appeal.
