The C64 Coalition demands the release of 4 of its members arrested in Kindu

Four members of the Article 64 Coalition (C64) have been detained since September 11 in Kindu after being arrested while campaigning for a demonstration scheduled for September 15. The coalition condemned these arrests as arbitrary and demanded their immediate release. Maniema senator Salomon Idi Kalonda also called for the release of the detainees, who are members of the party Ensemble pour la République.
