The Court of Cassation confirms the referral to trial of Achraf Hakimi for rape

The French Court of Cassation confirmed the referral to trial of Achraf Hakimi before the departmental criminal court for a presumed rape case involving a young woman in 2023. In June, the Versailles Court of Appeal had already validated this decision. Hakimi, a defender for Paris Saint-Germain, contests the accusations and remains presumed innocent until a final judicial decision.
