President Félix Tshisekedi announced that the inclusive national dialogue will not start in Kinshasa, but the capital will be its conclusion. Preliminary forums will take place in provincial capitals, gathering various entities to formulate their priorities. An organizing committee will be established by presidential decree to prepare for the dialogue and ensure its proper conduct.
