The Minister of Finance Audited by the Senate on the 40% Reallocation to Provinces

Finance Minister Doudou Fwamba Likunde was audited by the Senate on May 14 regarding delays in reallocating funds to provinces and managing assets from the zaïrianization policy. He mentioned that 30 to 37% of public resources are consumed by military expenditures while committing to reduce payment arrears. Additionally, he announced a budget of 20 million dollars to revive the National Equalization Fund, which struggles to address inequalities among provinces.
