The Movement of Patriotic Cadres Launched to Support Bassirou Diomaye Faye

Over a hundred senior officials, ministers, academics, and civil society leaders gathered in Dakar on July 15, 2026, to launch the Movement of Patriotic Cadres for the Republic (CPR) in support of President Bassirou Diomaye Faye's National Transformation Agenda. The movement, based on the charter 'Competence – Commitment – Patriotism', calls for the mobilization of national skills and the diaspora to achieve 'Senegal Vision 2050'. Signatories pledge to put their expertise at the service of development, industrialization, food sovereignty, and digital transformation.
