The National Assembly declares the bill on the fight against corruption in DRC admissible

The National Assembly of the DRC has declared the bill presented by Minister of Justice Guillaume Ngefa Atondoko Andali admissible. The bill, consisting of 144 articles, was discussed in a plenary session in Kinshasa with about forty deputies. It aims to modernize the Congolese legal framework for preventing, repressing, and recovering assets related to corruption to strengthen the rule of law and governance.
