The Ndingler case resurfaces, what the Senegalese government has decided to do

Eight months after Babacar Ngom renounced his land title, the Senegalese government dispatched a joint mission from the Ministry of Agriculture and Military Engineering to Ndingler to prepare for the rehabilitation of 80 hectares allocated to 39 families. The team assessed necessary work such as clearing, leveling, and preparing the land, while also focusing on perimeter security and water access through potential boreholes. The visit aims to directly observe the situation, identify priority needs, and prevent future disputes over land boundaries, which have been contested since 2012.
