‘The Nigerian treasury is not the APC’s campaign purse’: Paul Ibe questions Prado SUVs for supporters

Paul Ibe, media aide to ADC presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, has challenged the APC to explain how seven new Toyota Prado SUVs reportedly distributed to youth leaders for election mobilisation were funded. APC National Youth Leader Dayo Israel announced the handover and thanked First Lady Oluremi Tinubu for her support. Ibe called for disclosure of the funding source and recipients, and urged the EFCC and INEC to investigate whether the distribution complies with campaign-finance laws. He said public funds must not be used as the APC’s campaign purse and that deleting the post would not end demands for accountability.
