The Research Section Continues Arrests in the Case of the 2021-2024 Protests

The Research Section in Dakar arrested Ibrahima Diaw, suspected of causing the death of a protester during the violence between 2021 and 2024. This arrest is part of an investigation into crimes against humanity following tragic events in Senegal. Other suspects, including Djibril Gaye and Amadou Guindo Traoré, have also been arrested, and a judicial inquiry has been opened to examine acts of torture and inhumane treatment.
