The stray of domestic animals causes road accidents in Mbuji-Mayi

In Mbuji-Mayi (Kasaï-Oriental), uncontrolled presence of goats, sheep, pigs, and dogs on the roads causes traffic accidents, including a recent collision between two motorcycles after a goat crossed the street. The recent asphalted roads have made it easier for animals to cross, increasing risks. The Diulu municipality plans to impose sanctions and fines on owners of stray animals to improve road safety.
