The Student Parliament demands improvement in the quality of telecommunications services in Kinshasa

The Student Parliament has called for improvements in telecommunications services in Kinshasa following a citizen oversight conducted in August. President André Kakubu praised the establishment of a Task Force by ARPTC to monitor service quality and the acquisition of new equipment. He also emphasized the need for precise technical data before imposing sanctions on operators.
