The World Bank and AFD in Kinshasa to Review the Digital Transformation Project in DRC

A joint mission of the World Bank and AFD started on September 28 in Kinshasa to assess the progress of the Digital Transformation Project. Led by UGPTN under the coordination of Noël Litanga, the mission reviewed advances in areas such as public institution connectivity, information system security, civil registration, training, and digital entrepreneurship. Discussions also focused on monitoring commitments, financial management, procurement, and compliance with environmental and social standards, with the aim of planning the next steps before the project concludes on October 2, 2026.
