Burglars attempted to break into the Barcelona home of Spain star Lamine Yamal on Wednesday, shortly after he helped La Roja reach their second World Cup final. Two people wearing balaclavas climbed onto the house's wall in Esplugues de Llobregat but were surprised by private security guards and fled, according to La Vanguardia. The incident occurred early in the morning after Spain's 2-0 victory over France in Texas; Yamal had won a first-half penalty. The house was previously owned by Barcelona great Gerard Piqué and Shakira.
