Tiko: Five Dead and Seven Injured in Boat Capsize Carrying Pilgrims

Five people, mainly students from Buea, died when their boat capsized during a pilgrimage to an island in the Tiko area. Seven injured individuals were taken to Mbingo Hospital, and the bodies of the victims were transferred to Tiko district hospital morgue. Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the accident, which is under investigation, and this incident follows another maritime accident in the region a few weeks earlier.
