Tinubu Doesn’t Deserve a Second Term, Kwankwaso Says

Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, National Democratic Congress vice-presidential candidate and former Kano governor, said in Jos that Bola Tinubu’s administration does not deserve a second term, accusing it of failing to address insecurity and poverty. Speaking at a Middle Belt Youth Council reception for the Obi-Kwankwaso ticket, he said presidential candidate Peter Obi could not travel from Enugu and that they would arrange another meeting. Kwankwaso described their ticket as one of unity and pledged to fight insecurity, poverty and illiteracy while investing in agriculture and education. He also condemned the loss of factories and killings by bandits, Boko Haram and communal clashes.
