Tinubu-Shettima ticket is Nigeria’s most formidable in history, APC chairman says

APC national chairman Nentawe Yilwatda called the Bola Tinubu-Kashim Shettima ticket the most formidable in Nigeria’s political history and urged Nigerians to support their re-election in 2027. Speaking at a Rainbow Coalition rally in Port Harcourt, he defended the removal of the petrol subsidy and the unification of the foreign exchange market, while acknowledging the hardship the policies caused households and businesses. He praised Tinubu’s highway projects and said a second term would allow the government to consolidate its reforms and infrastructure investments.
