Tinubu urges Nigerian youths to get their voter cards ahead of the 2027 elections

President Bola Tinubu urged Nigerian youths to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), calling them powerful tools for shaping their future and fighting poverty through the ballot. He made the appeal on Saturday at an APC presidential campaign rally at Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Omagwa, Rivers State. Tinubu said the 2027 general election would have far-reaching consequences for young Nigerians and that their future depended on their choices at the polls. Seeking re-election, he said he was working to correct problems created by previous administrations.
