Tivaouane Peulh: Caught on a construction site at night, he claims he came to 'relieve himself'

A 27-year-old man, M. Sow, was apprehended at a construction site in Tivaouane Peulh while attempting to steal plumbing materials. Surprised by the guard, he justified his presence by claiming he wanted to 'relieve himself,' an explanation deemed unconvincing. Following his arrest, he was placed under remand by prosecutor Cheikh Diakhoumpa for attempted theft by climbing at night.
