The aim was to prepare a tribute day for President Alassane Ouattara scheduled for July 11, 2026, at the Léon Robert stadium in Man. Mabri Toikeusse highlighted developments in the region, including a top university, roads, schools, electricity, water, and a 95% enrollment rate. He stressed the non-partisan nature of the event and announced contacts with the PDCI and other political parties.
