Zémidjans and motorcycle riders are urged to strictly respect red lights and avoid dangerous maneuvers like bypassing queues, while wearing helmets for passenger safety. Pedestrians are also advised to cross only when it is safe, especially where pedestrian signals are absent. This reminder aims to reduce accidents caused by disobedience of traffic signals in major Beninese cities.
