Trafigura Case: Battle Over 4.2 Billion FCFA for a Cargo of Fuel Deemed Non-Compliant by Sonara

A cargo of fuel delivered to Sonara in late November 2025 has led to a dispute with Trafigura, with the Cameroonian refiner claiming the product did not meet contractual specifications.
