Tragic Events in the West: A Cojep Activist Sends an Open Letter to President Alassane Ouattara

Achille Dodé, a Wê leader from Duékoué, calls on President Alassane Ouattara to address the suffering of the Wê people over the past twenty years, particularly during the crises of 2002-2003, 2005, and the post-election crisis of 2010-2011. He mentions massacres that resulted in over 1,000 deaths in Duékoué in March 2011 and more than 100 deaths at the Nahibly camp in July 2012.
