Monaco's Sporting Director, Thiago Scuro, explained that Lamine Camara's transfer to Chelsea collapsed because the French club prioritized keeping him. Although Chelsea had agreed on a six-year deal for the Senegal international, he was informed during his medical examinations that the £47million deal would no longer go ahead. Scuro stated that several clubs had approached Monaco, but their priority was to retain Camara.
