Everton has struck a deal to sign Folarin Balogun from Monaco for a fixed fee of €45 million, with an additional €5 million in add-ons. This transfer marks Balogun's return to the Premier League after coming through the ranks at Arsenal. He will replace Beto, who has since joined Serie A side Fiorentina.
