Troops arrest 3 alleged terrorist collaborators, destroy enclaves in Kaduna, Katsina

Troops of Operation Fansan Yamma arrested 3 suspected terrorist collaborators and intercepted weapons during operations conducted on August 27 and 28, 2026, in Kaduna and Katsina. One suspect was found with 2 locally fabricated guns and 13 rounds of ammunition. A separate operation destroyed terrorist enclaves, including one linked to notorious terrorist leader Kachalla Muhammadu Filani, who narrowly escaped capture.
