Troops rescue 32 kidnap victims, neutralise two terrorists in Katsina

Nigerian Army troops rescued 32 kidnapped victims and neutralised two terrorists during an operation in the Matazu Local Government Area of Katsina State. The operation was conducted following intelligence on the movement of a terrorist kingpin, Muhammed Filani. The troops recovered arms, ammunition, and rustled livestock, while the victims, comprising 10 females, 9 males, and 13 children, are being prepared for handover to relevant authorities.
