Trump administration renews bid to block Alaska election results

The US Department of Justice filed a revised lawsuit seeking to prevent certification of Alaska’s Senate election results if Republican Dan S. Sullivan loses narrowly. The Justice Department issued 40 subpoenas and document preservation requests, and Governor Mike Dunleavy ordered a criminal investigation.
