Trump media to sell faster access to president's Truth Social posts

Trump Media & Technology Group announced Thursday it plans to sell faster access to Donald Trump's Truth Social posts via an API service called Truth API, starting August 1. The service will provide real-time access to the president's posts for traders and news organizations, as markets already move on Truth Social posts. Interim CEO Kevin McGurn said the service would close the gap for firms relying on manual monitoring. The move raises questions about Trump monetizing the presidency; he earned at least $1.2 billion from cryptocurrency activities last year.
