Tunisia: Two Dead and Six Missing After Shipwreck

Off the coast of Gabès Gulf in Tunisia, a migrant boat sank, resulting in at least two deaths, including a child, and six people missing. The rescue ship Aurora, chartered by Sea-Watch, found a deflated rubber boat with five survivors and two bodies. Twenty-three people were rescued after reaching the Hasdrubal gas platform, including a child and five women, while three children from the same family remain missing. It is unknown if the dead child found is among the missing, and the exact departure point of the boat remains unclear.
