Turkey accuses Israel of portraying country as 'new enemy'

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that the Israeli government is trying to portray Turkey as a new enemy. Tensions between Turkey and Israel have escalated since the Gaza war began following Hamas's cross-border attack on October 7, 2023. Fidan also noted that this strategy is being adopted not only by Netanyahu's administration but also by some figures in the Israeli opposition.
